I legit had to argue with so many people but yes, Chomakopia has landed at number 2 for this year. This might not be Tyler’s best work but Tyler, the creator has one of the best catalogs in history.
This album was such a change because it was just another layer in the man of Tyler and not just the artist. The production, especially those bridges, just wow. The storytelling was excellent too.
There were so many great moments so I highly believe it deserves to be a top album of the year.
1. GNX – Kendrick Lamar

There legit could only be one and yeah, it’s K-Dot. Let’s be real, we could think that this wasn’t album of the year but we’d all be lying to ourselves.
Every single song was immaculate. The entire world legit stopped to listen and give their opinion on this album (good or bad). The album was a movement, help continue to establish the west will continue to thrive, and then you get into the technical parts of the album and you see how great the production is, the fucking Luther sample, the bars, just everything was amazing.
