Normally, when I discover new artists, I’m always skeptical because everyone is promoting music on TikTok, and it’s usually not good, or it’s just someone looking for a viral hit. The intro track, “Sunset Blvd,” was discovered on TikTok, and I’m going to be honest—it’s probably one of the catchiest hooks I’ve heard in a while. The production and the emotions evoked by the lyrics really showcase a level of artistry.

Upon listening to the rest of the project, there is a stark difference in the cadence and overall flow of the album, but the quality of both the production and vocal performances still holds up. The lyrics are meaningful, and the cohesion of the project makes you feel immersed in the process of how it was created while also allowing you to appreciate the fruits of that labor.
