Curren$y & Harry Fraud: A Perfect Musical Duo

By: Malik the Villain

These two right are undeniably one of the greatest musical tag teams when it comes to making good music together. Curren$y and Harry Fraud have returned to drop arguably one of the best rap projects of the year so far. It’s crazy how an artist like Curren$y has this longevity and continues to excel in a lane he’s carved out for himself and still be relevant, not to mention having different generations of fans.

Harry Fraud continues to prove he’s one of the best producers around, with his and Curren$y’s chemistry being undeniably better than before. If you’re a fan of their other collabs like Cigarette Boats, The Stage, The Marina & The Outrunners, then you’ll definitely enjoy this just the same. The production of boom bap, trap, and jazz rap is just so hard-hitting and magnificent (I know that might be a stretch, but I’m writing the review) that it just makes you want to replay it all the way through again and again. Curren$y’s lazy and laid-back style of rap never gets old and is one of the few rappers whose style can’t be replicated. Everyone from Premio Rice, Wiz Khalifa, Conway The Machine, Rome Streetz, Babyface Ray, 03 Greedo, Bruiser Wolf, Styles P, Fendi P, Dave East, Jay Worthy, and DRAM that featured came through and delivered great verses and never felt out of place.

Overall, this was an amazing project and Curren$y and Harry Fraud just make an incredible duo who always seem to drop a classic every time they link up together. Personally, this definitely has lots of replay value and came just in time for the spring. So if you have a fly drop-top convertible or old-school whip (GNX, Monte Carlo SS, Z28, etc.), hop in and plug the AUX cord in and ride with this whole project playing.
