No Filler, All Fire: 100GrandRoyce Makes 20 Minutes Count on Look What You Made Me Do

Released June 26, 2026
At the end of 2025, I caught my first project from 100GrandRoyce, Memoirs Of A Quiet Don, and really enjoyed it. Since then, I’ve been keeping up and was excited when I saw his new album, Look What You Made Me Do, was dropping. Running at a quick 20 minutes, this project made me an even bigger fan of 100GrandRoyce than I already was—a job well done, to say the least.
The album starts off with “I Had To,” a calm, laid-back track where 100GrandRoyce lets us know he had to overcome and succeed in spite of the haters. From there, “Magnum” kicks in with thumping drums that set an aggressive tone immediately. It’s easily one of my favorite songs here, with 100GrandRoyce delivering exactly what you’d want over a hard-hitting beat. “No Stress” and “Pain” carry a similar energy and stand out as well. Both bring a dark, heavy atmosphere that I love, with 100GrandRoyce spitting vicious bars like, “This one is for the scrooges, who tuck the cake and hustle like they losing,” on the latter.
Two other personal favorites are “Top Tier” and “10,000 Hours,” both smooth and soulful tracks. “Top Tier” features the album’s sole guest appearance from Berrya, who matches 100GrandRoyce’s energy perfectly and holds his own. Overall, the project offers a great blend of track styles, and 100GrandRoyce handles every single one like a seasoned pro.
This project made me an even bigger fan. The beats, the flows, and the lyrics—everything here was clicking for me. I know 100GrandRoyce has more music on the way, and I’ll definitely be tuning in when it drops.
